New explore on teaching competition in gymnastic general class in PE department of teachers' college

通过将高师体育教育专业体操普修课竞技体操教学比赛从传统的规定动作比赛转变成为自选动作比赛 ,探索竞技体操教学比赛走出困境的有效途径。结果表明 ,自选动作比赛有助于激发学生的学习兴趣 ,使学生结合自己所学知识 ,开拓视野 ,培养创新意识。

We have been changed the form of traditional prescriptive actions competition into optional actions competition in the gymnastic general class in department of PE in order to explore the efficiencious path which can be lead the teaching competition in the athletics gymnastic teaching to walk out the corner.The results show us favorable effects on the students in the fields of integrating their knowledge,widening their eyeshot,training their innovative consciousness.
