witnessed a big stride forward and a new level got by Journal of Wuhan Institute of P.E., which came to its best since its publication. This paper analyzes experiences of the success of Journal of Wuhan Institute of P.E. and concludes that the key point goes to the correct leadership and decision,the guarantee depends on the editors change in their concepts,the focus relies on the academic quality,editing and publishing quality of the journal,and the power is to seek for development. Ideas and countermeasures towards improving Journal of Wuhan Institute of P.E. are put forth.
