摘要
实验组大学生参加了为期 6周每天 1h的体育锻炼 ,采用简式心境状态剖面图(POMS)作为评价工具 ,试图考察体育锻炼的心理健康效应。结果表明 ,在紧张、愤怒、疲劳、抑郁、慌乱 5个分量表及消极情绪纷乱总分上 ,均与对照组大学生有显著差异 ,实验组大学生的心境状态优于对照组 ,表明体育锻炼具有良好的心理健康效应。
College students of the experimental group took part in physical exercises an hour a day for six weeks. Then POMS was applied as evaluation method to observe the effects of physical exercises on mental health. The results showed that there were obvious differences between the experimental group and the contrast group in score tables of nervousness,anger,fatigue,depression and flurry and in total sum of negative emotion. The mental state of the experimental group was better than the contrast group,which indicated that physical exercises had good effects on mental health.
