非人格化是罪犯对被害人人格的贬低,甚至彻底抹杀的过程。可分为在犯罪实施前对被害人的非人格化,在犯罪实施进行中对被害人的非人格化和在犯罪实施完毕后对被害人的非人格化三个阶段。从犯罪控制角度而言,国家与社会对罪犯也有一个非人格化过程。阻却国家和社会公众对罪犯的非人格化,对于彻底矫治罪犯具有重要意义。

Non-personification is the course in which a criminal belittles even blots off the personification of a victim .This course can be divided into three stages: non-personification of the victim before, during and afterr the earring-out of the criminal action. From the angle of criminal control, the state and the society have carried out a non-personification to the criminals.Preventing and stopping the course has a significant meaning to remould the criminals.
