电热蒸馏水器是化学实验室的常规设备之一.针对电热蒸馏水器在使用中常见的问题,在不改变电热蒸馏水器整体结构的情况下,通过加装安全控制装置,采用金属浮子及光耦组成水位传感器对蒸馏水器的水位进行监控.该装置制作方便,调试简单,工作稳定可靠.

Electrothermal distiller is one of the common devices in chemistry laboratory. But its current model has some problems in use. So a safety control unit is made and connected to the distiller. It is a water level monitor consisting of a metal float and a photoelectronic coupler without changing the original structure of the device. It works stably and reliably, and can be adjusted conveniently.
