摘要
本文应用混沌理论研究了高压水射流与机械刀具结合破岩过程中水楔作用发挥程度的识别方法。基于截割力信号所展示的不规则的非周期混沌现象,将一个破碎强度时间序列纳入了非线性耗散动力系统。应用时间延迟方法反演了该系统的动态,其结果表明,系统的长时性态为一具有自相似分形结构的奇怪吸引子,分维数就是岩石破碎机理改变的一个灵敏度量。
Chaos theory was applied to investigate the method for in dentifying the water wedge effect in the process of rock breaking by means of mechanical tool in combination with high pressure water jet. From the irregular and non-periodic chaotic phenomenon revealed by the cutting force signal, a breaking strength time series was introduced into a nonlinear and dissipative dynamic system which was reconstructed by the time delay method. The results showed that the long-term state of the system is a strange attractor with self-similar fractal structure and its fractal dimension is a sensitive measure of the mechanism of rock breaking.
