Reflections on“Promoting the League Building by the Party Building” in Tertiary Colleges:Problems and Solutions

对高校党建带团建的工作,一要做到八个重视:即党组织的自身建设;党总支的团学工作思路;团学骨干队伍的建设;入党积极分子的培养考察;优秀团员的推荐入党;党总支的联系人制度、“入口”关与“转正”关的严把;发展数量与班风学风的挂钩。二要依据放手不放任,支持不包办的原则做好三个放手:即放手学生党支部、团支部、团学干部的“推优”发展工作。三要解决四个带有普遍性的问题:即攀比现象;工作与学习的矛盾;培养考察的加强;团学职责的分明。

The work of “promoting the League building by the Party building” in tertiary colleges should centre on the following points:(1)paying attention to eight aspects,such as the self-building of the Party organization,recommending fine League menbers for Party membership,etc;(2)giving in the work a free hand to three forces,i.e. the student Party and League branches and League cadres;(3)settling four univesal problems,such as irrational vying with each other,the contradiction between work and study,etc.
