高校团组织要为学生创新创业服务,须先明确教育,创新是高素质人才的重要特征,是学生参与市场的重要启蒙教育,才能利用团组织的组织优势建立有学生、指导师为主要力量的科研创新队伍;利用团组织的学术报告、课题立项、成果排行、十杰评选,尤其是“挑战杯”等活动优势、使人才脱颖而出;并利用制度、竞争、利益、服务、精神等激励优势,收创新活动利益最大化之效;同时还要营造宽松的环境,解决创新活动中的基金、管理、心理问题。

To serve the innovation and pioneering activities of college students,the League organizations of tertiary colleges must be aware that innovation is the important feature of high-quality personnel.They should make full use of their advantages to build up a scientific research innovation contingent with teachers and students as its main forces,to promote the emergence of outstanding people,etc.Meanwhile,the League organizations should also create a more relaxed environment for students' innovation activities.
