Implementing the Principle of “Rule by Virtue”in Moral Education Work of Primary Schools

贯彻“以德治国”的思想,小学德育工作要贯彻党的教育方针,坚持社会主义办学方向,加强思想品德教学改革,抓好思想品德课程,并把它渗透到其它学科的课堂上,同时要处理好主渠道与其它渠道的关系、经常性德育工作与校外社会实践的关系、内容与形式的关系。

To implement the principle of “Rule by Virtue”,in the moral education of primary schools we should carry out the Party's educational policy,adhere to the socialist orientation of running a school,strengthen the reform in the teaching of the ideology and morality course and integrate the ideology and morality course with the other courses in class.At the same time,we also should properly handle the relations between the main channel and other channels,between day-to-day moral education work and social practice,and between content and form.
