摘要
本文研究一种将有机溶剂(与萃取剂)附着于泡沫塑料上,然后将其软性泡沫(载体)放入欲测溶液中,振摇后使载体显色,再直接测量载体相中有色络合物吸光度。本法使用有机溶剂用量甚少,故较好解决该法存在环境污染问题,适当选择泡沫大小,可避免水相中乳浊现象产生,分离过程中无需静置分层,简化了操作手续。本法以四氯化碳为有机溶剂、双硫腙为显色剂,研究了方法中的各种条件,并用于铸铝合金中痕量锌的测定,获得了较为满意结果。
This paper presents a method of determining trace zinc in allum-inium alloys. An organic solvent is first made adhered to foamed plastic.Next, the soft foam (i,e, the carrier) is added to the liquid to be determined, which is then well shaken until the carrier shows its colour. Finally, the absorbance of the non-ferrous complex compounds in the carrier phase is directly measured. As the quantity of the organic solvent used is very small, enviromental pollution problem is effectively avoided. The foam size properly chosen, no emul-sification in the water phase is brought about, rendering the static layering unneccessary during the separation process. For this method, carbon tetrachloride is used as the organic solveut and dithizone as colour indicator. The different conditions the method is suitable for are also studied. Satisfactory results are obtained in the determine tion of trace zinc in cast alluminium alloys.
