摘要
本文介绍了两种主动补偿式反射型强度调制光纤传感原理.从理论上分析了这类传感器的补偿机理,给出了特性调制函数的解析表达式及其实验对照结果.
The principles of two intensity modulated optical fiber reflective sensors are introduced in this paper.The compensation mechanism of this kind fiber-optic sensor is analyzed with theoretical method, and the characteristic modulating functions of the sensors are derived.The theoretical characteristic curves compared with experimental results are also presented.
