摘要
本文介绍了一种以单片机进行数据处理的CCD外径测量仪.并采用边缘提取技术提高了尺寸测量精度.与激光扫描式测径仪相比,该测量仪有抗干扰能力强,测量精度高,动态性能好等优点.
A outer diameter sizing meter for cable size monitoring using CCD was developed. The edge extraction technique was used to proccess the signal to obtain higher sizing accuracy. MCS-51 mirocomputer was used to handle the data processing in fast measurement. Compared to the laser scanning diameter sizer, the new meter has higher accuracy, measuring speed, interference resistance ability and better dynamic properties.
