摘要
本文介绍了HCr—2镀铬催化剂,它不但保留了HCr—1的全部优点,还较大地加宽了镀层光亮区的电流密度范围,镀层清亮光滑,不易生瘤,还使阴极电流效率又提高约5—6%。即ηk高达50~55%.
This paper introduces the catalyst HCr- 2 for hard-chromium plating which not only retains all the novel charactoristics of HCr- 1 but also brings about a considerably wider range of current density in the shining zone of the plating so that it yields a smooth, shining surface with much less dendrite nodules. Furthermore, the new catalyst is capable of increasing the cathodic current efficiency (ηk )by 5-6 %to get to a total of 50-55%.
