摘要
本文以富镧(含镧75~80%)混合稀土氯化物为原料进行熔盐电解试验,详细地探讨了关于电解质组成、稀土配分、电解温度、阴极电流密度、氯化稀土浓度等因素对电解电流效率的影响,以及电解质中非稀土杂质对产品质量的影响,并在此基础上确定了较佳的工艺条件。
Based on a fused-salt experiment with rich lanthanum(La 75-80%) mixed with rare earth chloride, a detailed study of electrolytic current efficiency was made. The related factors under examination included the composition of the electrolyte, proportion of rare earth , electrolytic temperature, cathodic current density, concentration of rare-earth chloride, etc. In addition, the effect caused by non-rare-earth impurities on product qualities was also studied. Eventually some improved technological conditions were suggested.
