摘要
本文用包括振动-转动能级在内的多能级速率方程,分析了CO_2激光器对小讯号腔长调制的线性动力学响应特性.并通过实验征实了理论分析所得结论.
In this paper, based on the rate equations model, including vibro rotational manifolds, we analysed the linear dynamieal response of a CO_2 laser to small signal on cavity modulation. The theoretical resultswere agreed with experimental measurement.
