This paper introduces a computerized monitoring control and fault diagnosis system for infusion pump set used in oil field. Using the technology of two display with one main computer; the system has many functions, such as timed graphics and list display, the report generating and printing, the online pump performance testing, the vibration fault diagnosis and analysis of the pump set and the process control etc.
