白石水库水质污染状况与防治对策

白石水库水质污染指标的监测结果 (超过《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3 83 8-2 0 0 2 )Ⅲ类水域水质标准 ) ,说明了白石水库的水质现状 ,通过对影响白石水库水质的污染源调查及其分析 ,确定了入库河流—大凌河和凉水河及以水土流失为主的非点源是造成水库水质污染的原因 ,结合朝阳、北票城市污水排放状况和白石水库及大凌河流域水环境功能区划目标 ,提出了建设城市污水处理厂削减入库污染物总量、控制污染源降低污染排放负荷和开展大凌河流域水污染综合防治为主要措施的水库污染防治对策。

Based on the monitoring results of the pollution index of water quality of the Baishi reservoir(exceeding《environmental quality standard for surface water》GB3838-2002 Ⅲ water areas water standard),the current situation of water quality of the Baishi reservoir has been explained.By investigation and analysis of the pollution sources influencing water quality of the Baishi reservoit,we have concluded that it is because of the imputing storage river-Daling river and Liangshui river and not some sources relying mainly on soil erosion that cause the water quality pollution of the reservoir. Combining the sewage discharge situation of Chaoyang and Beipiao city and the zoning goal of the environmental function of the Baishi reservoir and the Daling river,we have proposed such main controlmeasures of pollution of the revervoir as constucting the urban sewage tratment plant to decrease the total amount of pollutant of imputing storage, controling the pollution resoures to reduce the disposals of pollutants load, and developing the integrated controls of the water pollution of the Daling river.
