摘要
油母页岩在低温干馏生产页岩油过程中 ,产生大量干馏污水 ,该水成分复杂不易处理。厂技术人员经过多年实验室试验 ,发现用泥炭做成的新型滤料 ,对干馏污水处理效果良好 ,基本上达到排放标准。泥炭之所以对污水治理有很好的效果 ,主要是由于它的结构和性质决定的。泥炭是沼泽发育过程的产物 ,它是一种结构复杂 ,有多种官能团的有机化合物复合体 ,有极强的吸附性能、代换性能、络合性能等 ,因此 ,决定了它在污水治理过程中的重要作用。建议用泥炭对干馏污水进行处理 ,进行工业性试验。
Sewage-disposal produced by oil shale which is in the process of low-temperature carbonization,the composition of which was complexed,and difficult to dispose,it is a worlded issue .After many year`s lab test of the technicians of our factory , the novel filtrction material made from peat is found to have better effects on carbonization sewage-disposal treatment and can basically reach emission standard . The better effect of peat is determined by its structure and property . Peat is the output of process of swamp develepment,which is a multiple body of organic compound of complexed structure,poly-functional group,and which has superpowered absorption ability,substituted behavior,complexed property and ect,so that determines it’s important role in sewage-disposal . We recommend to conduct pilot test of adopting turf to treat carbonization sewage-disposal.
