摘要
应用普通物理方法研究空间电荷场强与电荷密度的关系,探讨真空二极管内部电子运动的规律,并给出一系列简单、明确严密的结论.
The relation between the fields in space charges and the densities of charges was investigated.Then the law of movement of electrons in vacuum diodes was also researched and some conclusions were given.
