汉字笔画提取的算法与实现

ALGORITHM AND IMPLEMENTATION IN CHINESE CHARACTERS’ORDER OF STROKES RECOGNITION

本文提出了一种点阵汉字的笔画字模的描述方法以及基于这种描述方法的汉字笔画提取的算法和实现。

First,a coding principle about Chinese charactersorder of strokes is described in this paper.Second,the algorithm and implementation in Chinese charactersorder of strokes recognition based on this principle are presented.
