Tow-layer perceptrons,as a kind of classifier,is an important part ofISAR object recognition system.The effect of the number of hidden nodes and initialweight values on the training process has been studied with aid of simulation of ISARobject recognition,and the training termination criterion and the method ofdetermining the hidden node number have been presented in order to save the trainingtime.
