摘要
近年来 ,我国政府在全国范围内建设了数以万计的节水灌溉工程 ,但是这些灌溉工程的水价普遍较低 ,对灌区产生了一系列的不利影响。本论文在此分析基础上选取了 30个具有代表性的工程 ,并按照一定的分区原则进行划分 ,然后分别在不考虑水权转让和考虑水权转让的两种情况下 ,利用相应的计算模型得出了各种分区结果的平均可行水价 。
In the recent years, many water-saving irrigation projects have been built throughout our country by our government. However, the water price on these irrigation projects is very low and a series of disadvantage influence have been caused. 30 representative projects are selected in this article and are divided according to certain zonal principles. Then, under the two circumstances of water right transfer being and not being taken into account, the average feasible water price of zonal results of each sort is calculated by the corresponding calculation models and the result is analyzed.
