勘探开发数据库建设与维护经验探索

An exploration of experiences in E&P database construction and maintenance

在总结中国海洋石油总公司勘探开发数据库建设与维护经验的基础上 ,提出了适应新形势要求的思路 :(1)数据库建设与维护要趋向于 4个“0” ,即维护支出、培训支出、软件漏洞和用户负担趋向于零 ;(2 )数据库建设与维护要力争 4个“1” ,即管理、效益、技术和服务力争一流 ;(3)建库宜采用“大思路、小库群、活界面和分阶段”的策略。

On the basis of summarizing the experiences in E&P database construction and maintenance for CNOOC, a new idea suitable for the current situation is proposed in the paper. The new idea includes: (1) Four “zero” should be pursued in the database construction and maintenance, i.e. the maintenance fee, training fee, software patch, and user's burden should tend to zero; (2) Four “superior” should be sought in the construction and maintenance, i.e. the management, efficiency, technology and service should tend to a superior level; and (3) The database construction strategy should be considered as “giant idea, small bases, flexible interface and multiple phases”
