随着油田生产的连续运行,在油气生产装置和处理装置相关区域必然积聚一定的可燃气体,如不准确监测和及时排除,必然给油气生产带来巨大的安全隐患。作者结合生产实际,设计了一种模块化的可燃气体报警自动启停抽排风装置,经过吐哈油田多个油区四年来的广泛应用,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。

Abstrac: A given amount of flammable gas will be accumulated near the areas of the relevant devices as continuous production in the Oilfield. It would cause the enormous potential safety hazard if no monitoring really and getting rid of in time. The author designed an exhaust fan with autoalarm function to the flammable gas of modularization according to the oil & gas production. It has made the good social and economic benefits after more than four years use widely on many sites in PetroChina Tuha Oilfield.
