摘要
在实验室用脂肪酸对3种纳米微粒进行了有效修饰,并对修饰后的纳米微粒进行了结构表征及在油中的分散性试验。结果表明,纳米微粒经表面修饰后在油中的分散稳定性得到显著提高。采用氧弹热值对比法对所研制的纳米添加剂进行了实验室评价,结果表明,修饰纳米微粒DML2,DML3均能在不同程度上改善燃料油的燃烧性能。当DML2添加量为1-10μg/g时,锅炉燃料油的燃烧效率可提高2.9-3.2个百分点,残余物减少22.3%-26.2%。
Three kinds of nano-particles modified by fatty acid were prepared in laboratory, their structures were characterized and their dispersities in oil were tested. The results showed that the dispersity in oil of the modified nano-particles was improved. The evaluation result by oxygen bomb test indicated that the combustion performance of the fuel oil with modified nano-particles, DML2 or DML3, was promoted in certain extent. Adding 1 - 10μg/g DML2 into the boiler fuel oil, the combustion efficient could enhance by 2. 9 -3. 2 percentages, and the residue reduced by 22. 3% to 26. 2%.
