催化裂化干气制氢新工艺的工业应用 被引量:8

摘要 论述了中石化清江石化有限责任公司制氢装置工艺路线的选择;详述工业应用过程中相关工艺条件的操作控制经验,并对存在的问题提出改进建议;催化裂化干气、水蒸气转化制氢工艺工业应用结果表明,该工艺在原料气烯烃体积分数为14.1%,硫质量分数小于200 μg/g时,所产氢气纯度大于99.9%。利用催化裂化干气作制氢原料与轻油为原料相比可大幅度降低氢气成本,该厂按全年开工8000 h,满负荷5000 m3/h运行计,比原来用电解氢,节约制氢成本2400万元/a。 The selection of processing route for hydrogen production in Qingjiang Petrochemical Company was described. Experiences of controlling operation conditions were detailed, and suggestions were made for solving the existed problems. Steam conversion of FCC dry gas for hydrogen was selected and its application result showed that the purity of the hydrogen product was higher than 99.9% using a feedstock with olefin content of 14.1% and sulfur content less than 200 μg/ g. In comparison with the refinery gas and light oil feedstock, the cost was significantly reduced; comparing with the original hydrogen production through electrolysis, the production cost saved 24 million Yuan per year calculated on the basis of an annual running time of 8 000 h in 5000 m3/h full capacity.
