C_6链烃在ZRP沸石催化剂上芳构化反应性能的研究 被引量:5

摘要 为降低催化裂化汽油的烯烃含量,生产高辛烷值调合组分,在脉冲微反装置上考察了C6链烃在不同硅铝比ZRP沸石催化剂上的芳构化反应性能,研究了ZRP沸石金属锌改性及锌含量对芳构化反应的影响,并对烯烃和烷烃以及不同支链度的烷烃芳构化反应性能进行了比较。结果表明,ZRP沸石的硅铝比越低,链烃的芳构化反应性能越高;ZRP沸石锌改性以及改性金属锌的含量对芳烃产率和芳烃分布有显著影响;烯烃的芳构化反应性能明显优于烷烃,而单甲基烷烃比直链烷烃的芳构化反应性能好,但双甲基烷烃因空间构型限制,芳构化反应性能差。 This fundamental study is in consideration of reducing the olefin content of FCC naphtha and producing high octane number blending component. The catalytic aromatization of 6-carbon aliphatic hydrocarbons over different Si/Al ratio ZRP zeolite catalysts was carried out in a pulse micro-reactor unit, and the effects of zinc modification of ZRP zeolite and the zinc dosage were investigated. The aromatization performances of 1-hexene and n-hexane as well as its different branched isomers were compared. Experimental results showed that the aromatization performance of ZRP zeolite could be enhanced when its Si/Al ratio decreased; the zinc modification and the zinc content could significantly affect the yield and distribution of aromatics products; the aromatization performance of 1-hexene was better than that of n-hexane, the behavior of 2-methyl pentane was better than that of n-hexane, and 2,2-dimethyl butane had the lowest conversion and aromatization activity attributed to its steric structural hindrance in ZRP zeolite.
