RN-10B柴油加氢脱硫脱芳烃催化剂的研制与工业应用 被引量:20

摘要 为降低车用柴油中的硫和芳烃含量,石油化工科学研究院在优化催化剂形状、载体、助剂、活性金属含量的基础上,开发了RN-10B柴油深度脱硫脱芳烃催化剂。该剂为Ni-W体系,蝶形,具有高脱硫、脱芳烃活性及低床层压降。在中型试验装置上以两种不同的柴油为原料,精制柴油的脱硫率大于99.4%,芳烃脱除率大于44.2%;在工业装置上以硫含量为2796 μg/g的焦化汽油、柴油与直馏柴油、催化裂化柴油的混合油为原料,精制柴油的硫含量为29μg/g。表明该催化剂对原料的适应性强,加工催化裂化柴油或催化裂化柴油与直馏柴油的混合柴油,均可生产出符合欧洲Ⅲ号排放标准的清洁柴油。 A diesel hydro-desulfurization and dearomatization catalyst RN-10B was developed on the basis of optimizing the catalyst shape, support, additives and active metal content. The catalyst was characterized by Ni-W active metals, butterfly shape, high desulfurization and aromatics hydrogenation activities as well as low pressure drop in the catalyst bed. The catalyst had good adaptability to various feeds. Clean diesel fuel met the Europe Ⅲ standard could be produced by processing FCC LCO or the mixture of LCO and straight-run gas oil. The pilot plant result showed that the desulfurization rates were higher than 99. 4%, and dearomatization rates were more than 44. 2% for processing two different feeds. The commercial application showed that the sulfur content of the refined diesel was 29μg/g when processing a sulfur content of 2796μg/g feedstock composed by coker gasoline, coker gas oil, straight-run gas oil and LCO.
