摘要
中国石化股份公司洛阳分公司针对常压塔填料段超负荷易冲塔和塔底重油中350℃前馏分含量高的问题对其塔盘进行了改造,将提馏段中填料拆除,改造为具有填料化概念的SUPERV1浮阀塔盘,并将常二线、常三线、常四线抽出塔盘也改为SUPER V1塔盘,优化常压塔操作工况,使全塔压降降低0.02 MPa,解决了常二线、常三线重叠问题,提高常压塔拔出率2个百分点以上,产品生产方案更加灵活。
The trays in the atmospheric distillation column in Luoyang Petrochemical
Company were revamped for solving the problems of the overloading and flooding in the packing section and the high content of <350℃ fraction in column bottoms. The packing in stripping section was replaced by packing-functional SUPER Ⅵ floating valve trays, and the original trays in 2nd, 3rd and 4nd side cuts were also replaced by SUPER Ⅵ trays. Combined with optimized operation, the pressure drop of the column reduced by 0. 02MPa; the overlap of 2nd and 3rd cuts was solved; the total distilled oil yield increased by more than 2 percentages; and the production scheme was more flexible.
