摘要
工程结构抗震设防标准的决策是具有重要经济及社会价值的课题.本文通过一种优化决策模型,初步研究了工程结构最优抗震设防标准的确定方法.利用这种决策模型和方法,可以确定各种不同类型结构以及同一类型结构中不同建筑物的最优抗震设防标准线,从而为工程设计和决策者进行科学决策提供理论依据.此外,文中还通过实例对最优抗震标准问题进行了分析和讨论.
The decision about the earthquake defencc criterion of engineering structures is a very importent cconomic and social problem. By use of an optimal decision model, in this paper, the method to determine the optimal earthquake defencecriterion of engineering structures is basically studied. The optimal earthquake defence criterion lines about the varieties of structures or the buildings of the same structurcs can be determined using this model and method, and these will give some theoretical rules for the decision makers and engineering designers to make scientific decisions. At the same time, the problems of optimal earthquake defence criterion are analysed and discussed through practical examples.
