摘要 报道了由EO和PO共聚得到的钻井液用聚醚多元醇润滑剂SYT 2的性能和应用。加入 0 .5~ 1.0 %SYT 2使 6 %膨润土浆的润滑系数 (0 .35 7)降低 83.3%~ 86 .5 % ,极压膜强度由 30 .2MPa升至 15 3~ 2 0 3MPa。在 4 %盐水浆中 ,1%~ 3%SYT 2使润滑系数 (0 .314 )降低 72 .9%~ 86 .5 % ,在 35 %盐水浆中 ,1%~ 5 %SYT 2使润滑系数(0 .187)降低 18.2 %~ 6 8.4 %。 12 0℃热滚老化对SYT 2的润滑性能影响很小。SYT 2对聚合物钻井液常规性能无不良影响 ,不引起发泡 ,SYT 2无荧光 ,EC50 值大于 1.0× 10 5mg/L ,完全无毒 ,根据海水中生物需氧量测定 ,易生物降解。介绍了在胜坨一口斜井 (1790~ 2 2 2 1m)和轮南一口水平井 (井深 4 95 0m ,水平段长 30 0m)钻井中成功使用SYT 2的情况。图 1表 4参 2。 The performance properties and uses of polyether lubricant SYT-2, a EO/PO copolymer, for water base drilling fluids are presented. For 6% bentonite mud with 0.5-1.0% SYT-2 added, the lubricity coefficient (LC) is decreased by 83.3-86.5% (the original value 0.357) and the extreme pressure film strength is increased from 30.2 to 153-203 MPa. The LC value of 4% salt water bentonite mud (0.314) is decreased by 72.9-86.5% when 1-3% SYT-2 added and that of 35% salt water bentonite mud (0.817) -by 18.2-68.4% when 1-5% SYT-2 added. Rolling at 120℃ exerts little influence on the lubricating capacity of SYT-2. No negative effect of SYT-2 is observed on the standard properties of a polymer drilling fluid on site. SYT-2 does not cause foaming of the bentonite mud. SYT-2 is non-fluorescent, non-toxic with EC_(50) value being >1.0×10~5*'mg/L and easily biodegradable as shown by biological oxygen demand determinations in sea water. The successful uses of lubricant SYT-2 in drilling a directional well in Shengli (in sections 1790-2221 m) and a horizontal well of 4 950 m deep with horizontal section 300 m long in Lunnan are presented.
