水基压裂液高温延缓型有机硼锆交联剂CZB-03的制备 被引量:25

Preparation of High Temperature Organic Borate-Zirconate Crosslinker CZB-03 of Delayed Action for Aqueous Hydrofracturing Fluids

摘要 报道了水基压裂液用低伤害、耐温、延缓型有机硼锆交联剂CZB 0 3的制备。在交联比 10 0∶0 .4、NaC1加量0 .0 4 %条件下 ,以HPG压裂液交联时间和冻胶耐温温度为指标 ,考察了合成工艺条件 ,得到最佳工艺如下 :氧氯化锆在质量比为 1∶1.2 5 +3.75的水 +异丙醇 (溶剂 )中与质量比为 1∶1.2 5 +0 .0 0 6 2 5的多元醇PA +多羟基羧酸钠PH(复合多羟基络合剂 )在温度为 5 0℃、pH =2条件下反应 4h ,得到有机锆交联剂OZ 1,加入 0 .4 %吸附抑制剂ZYCS ,再与早先研制的有机硼交联剂OB 2 0 0按质量比 1∶1复配 ,得到有机硼锆交联剂CZB 0 3,交联时间约 180s,耐温温度高于 16 0℃。图 5表 1参 3。 The preparation of low damaging, high temperature resistant and delayed organic borate-zirconate crosslinker CZB-03 for aqueous hydrofracturing fluids (AHFFs) is presented. On the basis of the data of crosslinking time of an HPG AHFF and temperature tolerancy of the gelled AHFF measured at polymer/crosslinker ratio 100∶0.4 and NaOH use level 0.4%, the technologic parameters of synthesis of B/Zr crosslinker are investigated in detail and optimized as follows: zirconium oxychloride is reacted with polyhydroxyl complexation agents polyol PA+sodium polyhydroxycarboxylate PH in mass ratio 1∶1.25+0.00625 in solvent mixture water+isopropyl alcohol in mass ration in respect to oxychloride 1∶1.25+3.75 at temperature 50℃, pH=2 in 4 hrs to give organic Zr crosslinker OZ-1, the latter is treated with 0.4% adsorption inhibitor ZYCS and combained with organic B crosslinker OB-200 in mass ratio 1∶1 to give B/Zr crosslinker CZB-03. With CZB-03 the crosslinking time is of ca.180 s and the temperature tolerancy of the gelled AHFF is >160℃.
