生物法处理压裂返排液的实验研究 被引量:24

摘要 压裂返排液是井下作业废弃液的一种 ,它的有机物浓度非常高 ,采用单一的处理方法很难达标。为此 ,文章提出用混凝—Fe/C微电解—活性炭吸附的方法对大港油田港深 11— 8井的压裂返排液进行预处理 ,然后采用直接投加细菌的方法进行生化处理研究。实验结果表明 :预处理不仅可以使压裂返排液的CODcr去除 6 5 % ,而且提高了压裂返排液的可生化性 ,降低了后续生化处理的负荷 ;经过 15d的生化处理 ,CODcr值可降到 10 0mg/L以下 ,其他各项污染指标均达到国家一级排放标准。 The fracturing flow-back fluid is an abandon liquid in down -hole jobs. Its organic density is very high. It is hardly to make the liquid reaching the normal with a single method. With the method of Coagulation-Fe/C micro - electrolysis - Active carbon absorption, the fracturing flow-back fluid from Well Gangshen 11-8 in Dagang oil field was pretreated. Then it was treated by biochemistry with direct adding microbe in it. The results show the pretreatment can not only remove 65% of CODcr in the flow - back fluid, but also improve the biochemical property of the fracturing flow-back fluid, and release the load of the following biochemical treatment. With biochemical treatment for another 15 days, the CODcr, value can decline to below 100 mg/L. and the other contaminations also satisfy the Water Quality l of integrated Wastewater Discharging Standard.
