天然气液化技术及其应用

TECHNOLOGY AND APPLICATION OF NATURAL GAS LIQUEFACTION

从目前国内天然气液化工艺技术来源看 ,LNG生产利用方面的基础技术研究还不够深入 ,国内现有运营装置和在建工程均需引进国外公司的初步设计或软件包 ,然后由国内设计院完成配套工程设计。国内LNG产业起步较晚 ,目前已建成投产的天然气液化装置共有 3套。在简述阶式制冷工艺、混合制冷工艺和膨胀制冷工艺的基础上 ,介绍了上述 3套国内液化天然气工厂的工艺原理。结合近年来的工作经验、工程实践和我国的天然气资源分布状况 ,强调了加快对适合我国特点的天然气液化装置的工艺技术研究、加大对相关应用技术研究的力度和投入的必要性 ,还预测了LNG的市场前景。

As for the technology of natural gas liquefaction, the basic study on production and utilization of LNG is not deep enough in China. The foreign preliminary design or software package has to be imported for the domestic existing and building LNG plants. Then, the domestic design institutes just complete the matching engineering design. The domestic LNG industry appears late. Only are 3 plants of natural gas liquefaction built and put into operation at present. With describing the cascade refrigeration technique, the mixing refrigeration technique) and the expanding refrigeration technique, the working principle of the above 3 LNG plants is introduced. With resent work experience, engineering practice and domestic gas resource distribution, it is stressed the necessity to speed the technology study of natural gas liquefaction facilities suitable to the Chinese characteristics and increase the strength and investment to the related application techniques. Also, the LNG market expectation is predicted.
