摘要
本文论述了人防工程结构可靠性分析的基本方法及采用此方法修订人防工程设计规范所应遵循的目标可靠指标,设计表达式及有关分项系数的确定,并阐述了此方法的工程意义及优越性。
In this paper a fundamental method for the reliability analysis of the civil air defence works is given. In order to meet the needs of revising the design code of the civil air defence works, the way of determinating the target reliability index, the design expression as well as the values of partial coefficients concerned are studied. By using this given method superior and substantial results can be achieved.
