摘要
在正交试验的基础上,找出了铣削用量三要素中影响刀具发生粘结破损的显著因素,并对不同铣削速度下刀具的粘屑现象、破损形貌、发生规律以及刀具寿命进行了比较.最后分析了速度对粘结破损的影响规律。
On the basis of the E-cross design,the important factor-Cutting speed which influences the adhesive fracture of tools has been discovered.The authors compare the phenomenon of chip adbesive destuction shapes of the tools,the regular patten of fracture and the tool life in different cutting spccd.At last,the authors analyze the regu- lar patten which the cutting speed influences the adhesive fracture in the point of view of the tool chip adhesion.
