摘要
运用系统工程的思想方法,分析了国际经济贸易复杂化和综合化的发展趋势,并提出一个新的对外经济贸易理论,为研究对外经贸战略等复杂的系统问题提供了新的分析方法。
In this paper,the complex and comprehensive development in international economy and trade is analysed with the method of system engineering.It is believed that the development of foreign economy and trade of each country or each area results from the comprehensive action of various factors,and a new theory of foreign economy and trade is advanced.A new analysis method is prvided in order to research the complex system problem of the strategy in foreign economy and trade.
