摘要 制备出了降解性可控的β-TCP多孔材料,通过巨噬细胞、破骨细胞对β-TCP陶瓷降解作用的体外实验和Ca对植入材料的示踪研究,以及材料植入动物体内的显微结构变化,全面揭示了β-TCP陶瓷在生物体内的代谢途径和降解机理。
