摘要
以热压烧结方式(HotPressing),在1400℃的温度下烧结的Al2O3为基体并掺入SrFe12O19的混合料,获得性能优良的复合陶瓷材料。分别采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜分析了复合产物的物相、微观结构,并重点分析了其力学性能。试验结果表明,采用热压烧结能够获得结构微观致密且具有良好力学性能的Al2O3-SrFe12O19的复合陶瓷。
Composites of SrFe12O19 particles dispersed throughout Al2O3 matrix have been prepared using hot pressing of SrFe12O19 and Al2O3 powders at 1 400℃.The constituent phases,microstructures and mechanical properties of the composites were investigated by means of X-ray diffraction,scanning electron micrograph and mechanical instruments respectively.mechanical tests were emphatically investigated.The SEM micrographs and Mechanical results show that dense composites of Al2O3-SrFe12O19 possessing good properties are available by hot pressing.
