就窗口技术在软件设计中的重要地位，提出一种窗口框架与窗口信息相分离的新方法，采用这种方法设计了多窗口技术，并用Ｂｏｒｌａｎｄ ｃ＾＋＋实现。

The importance of the window technique has been introduced in the software development.This paper puts forward a new method of the window frame sepa- rated from the window information.The authors design the multiple windows technique with it,and the arithmetic is written in borland C+ +.
