摘要
以磨加工和刨加工件为例，介绍了在采用光散射特征值法做表面粗糙度非接触测量时，利用标准样块建立表面粗糙度参数Ｒａ与光散射特征值Ｓｎ之间标准曲线与数学关系的方法，并对实测结果进行了讨论分析。
In this paper,taking grinding and planing.as examples,we gave the func- tional eguation and standard curve between surface roughness parameter Ra and Optical scattering characteristic value Sn using standard specimen,then analyzed the practicaly measuring results.
