摘要 通过反应增容结合互穿网络制备PP/PA6共混物,利用方差分析法分析了聚丙烯含量、溶胀温度、马来酸酐含量、溶胀时间对PP/PA6共混物力学性能的影响。结果表明,当聚丙烯含量在50%、溶胀温度为80℃、溶胀时间为135min时,PP/PA6的综合力学性能最好,共混物的拉伸强度达到20 989MPa,其冲击强度达到20 268kJ/m2。并通过扫描电镜对纯聚丙烯、纯尼龙6和聚丙烯/尼龙6共混物的形态结构进行了观察。 The chief purpose of the investigation is to make PP/PA6 blend by reaction compatibility with the IPN.It was also studied that the effects of PP content,the swelling temperature,maleic-anhydride and the swelling time on the mechanical properties of the IPN PP/PA6 by the quadratic deviation method.The results showed PP/PA6 blend had the optimum combined mechanical properties when PP content was 50%,the swelling temperature was 80℃,maleic-anhydride content was 5% and the swelling time was 135 min.The tensile strength reached 20.989MPa and the shock strength reached 20.268kJ/m^2.The contrast between PP,PA6 and the PP/PA6(50/50) blend was also observed by SEM.
