氯乙烯合成回收盐酸工艺技术的改进 被引量:2

Improvement of technology of hydrochloric acid recovery from vinylchloride synthesis

摘要 对合成氯乙烯过程中过量的HCl,原采用二次吸收为稀盐酸的普通工艺。提高产能后,为了减少稀酸的排放量,对原有工艺进行了改造,保证了二次吸收酸的质量分数达30%~34%,解决了污水处理设备腐蚀严重的问题,同时回收酸可出售,既创造了可观的经济效益,又达到了清洁生产的目的。 The process of light hydrochloric acid by secondary absorptions was used for disposing of extra hydrochloric acid in the process of synthesis vinylchloride. After capacity improvement, the original process was innovated to reduce the quantity of light acid. Temperature of primary acid was decreased, the absorption of secondary acid was guaranteed of 30%~34%. Serious problem of wastewater disposing units were resolved, while the recovery acid was sold. Not only good benefit, but also clean production was got.
