速滑运动员基础体温的研究——兼谈不同负荷强度时体温变化的特点

摘要 在长期跟队观察和测量的基础上,对30名优秀速滑运动员(男15名x 22.5岁,女15名x19.11岁,其中运动键将27名占90%)的基础体温及其他条件下的体温,心率和血乳酸进行初步研究。结果证明:我国速滑运动员的基础体温低于我国正常成人和其他项目运动员的均值,并表现出波动性,阶段性和专项性特点。在比赛中速滑运动员体温急剧下降,下降的幅度与滑跑速度和气温有密切的关系。速滑运动员体温的测量与评定,对评价运动员的身体机能状况和训练水平具有一定的实用价值和参考依据。 Based on observing and measuring some skating teams for a long period, we did some preliminary research on the basic body temperature and the temperature, rhythm of the heart and blood lactic acid under the different conditions to 30 excellent skaters, 15 man skaters of whom are X 22.5 years old, 15 woman skaters of whom are X 19.11 years old, 27 of whom are master sportsmen, which constitutes 90%. The result is that the average basic body temperature of our skaters is lower than the normal adults and the sportsmen taking other sports events. It also shows some unsteady, phasing, and special characteristics. During the competition, the skaters' body temperature drops suddenly. The dropping rate has a close relation with the skating speed and the temperature of the weatherence basis for evaluating the skaters' physical function and the training standard by measuring the skaters' body temperature.
