摘要
本文主要通过对老年人参加体育锻炼自我评价的综合调查后,进行统计分析。结果表明,老年人参加体育锻炼对感觉与知觉、情感与意志、记忆力、注意力、个性发展、锻炼动机等心理现象及活动都产生不同程度的影响,并且能够向着有利于身健康方面转变,而对参加哪一个运动项目差异并不显著,同时通过自我评价的分析还表明,老年人参加体育锻炼要根据自己的身体状况有相应的运动负荷,这样才能达到增进健康的目的。
The present articale is intended to analyze statistic cally the physical exerciese for the aged through a comprehensive investigation of self-evaluation. The result shows that the participation of the aged in the physical esercises has different impacts on their psychological phenomena and activities: sense/consciousness, emotion/will, memory, attention, personality development, exercise motive and it turns out to be favourable for both the body and mind. No matter what kind of exercises they participate, there is little difference. At the same time, the analysis also shows that the aged should participate in and take relevant amount of physical exercises with regard to their health. Therefore, the purpose of improving their health can be realized.
