摘要
本文应用动态机械性能分析方法 ,研究了PVDF PZT CB复合体系的贮能模量和损耗模量并分析了其减振性能 ,结果表明该复合材料既有较好的力学性能 ,又有较理想的减振功能。
As visco elasticity shows much dependence on temperature and vibration frequency, the damping efficiency of traditional damping materials is not desirable To solve this problem ,a new damping mechanism has been studied in recent years In this paper a new damping composite composed of PVDF matrix , piezoelectric phase PZT and electro conductive phase CB has been fabricated by blending melting compression moulding PZT converts mechanical energy into electrical energy and then the electrical energy is dissipated as Joule heat through electrical conductive network formed by CB particles The damping properties and mechanism of the new damping material are studied by DMA The experimental results indicate that the composites has both high stiffness and ideal damping function
