离子色谱法测定雪中无机阴离子 被引量:2

摘要 采用单柱离子色谱法,以2.5m mol/L邻苯二甲酸+2.5m mol/L三羟甲基氨基甲烷为淋洗液分离测定F^-,Cl^-,NO_2^-,Br^-,NO_3^-和SO_4^(2-)六种离子及哈尔滨市降雪中的无机阴离子,在雪样中检测出Cl^-、NO_3^-、SO_4^(2-)三种离子,并对这三种离子进行了定量测定。 Separation of F^-, Cl^-, NO_2^-, Br^-, NO_3^-, SO_4^(2-) and determination of inorganic anions in snow by ion chromatography was described in this paper. An anion-exchange column was employed for separation with conductivity detection. 2.5 m mol/L phthalic acid +2.5m mol/L tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane was used as eluent. The snow was collected from Harbin. Cl^-, NO_3^- and SO_4^(2-) in the snow were discovered and quantitative determination of the ions was carried out.
