摘要
同TMV O株系接种番茄不同抗性品种,分析对照和接种番茄在不同生育期内同工酶的变化,实验结果表明:根中过氧化物酶同工酶和酯酶同工酶均发生酶活性的变化,并且整个生育期总酶谱带数也发生改变。这些结果可以考虑作为番茄抗TMV的生化指标,从中可见基因表达程度与抗病性密切相关。
The peroxidase and esterase isoenzymes of 5 resistant and 3 susceptible tomato varieties inoculated with tobacco mosaic virus have been analysed by polyacryl amide gel electrophoresis in growth period.Both isoperoxidase and isoesterase activities have a change after inoculated with tobacco mosaic virus, and so do isoenzyme bands in growth period. The esterase activity increase in resistant varieties, isoperoxidase activity fell earlier in resistant varieties than in susceptible varieties. The change of susceptible varieties is similar to resistant varieties, but the change is smaller, after infected by TMV, isoperoxidase bands reduce and isoesterase bands increase in resistant varieties, but the change in susceptible varieties is opposite to resistant varieties. The reduction of isoperoxidase activity in resistant varieties is earlier than susceptible varieties, the increasing range of isoesterase activity in resistant varieties is higher than in susceptible varieties, the change of isoenzyme bands relate to resistance. We considered those change can be used to be a biochemical standard of resistance and the expression of genes relate to resistance as a resuit of chang of isoenzyme bands.
