聚乙烯醇-铜(Ⅱ)络合物的催化性能

摘要 以四种PVA与Cu2+络合得到PVA-Cu( )配位聚合物,测得它们的含铜量分别为0.055mmol/g、0.181mmol/g、0.114mmol/g、0.232mmol/g,用IR、TG等分析方法证明聚乙烯醇和铜( )之间存在配位键;对其与亚硫酸钠水溶液组成的非均相催化体系引发的MMA聚合,考察了PMMA分子量及转化率的影响因素,对比发现水解度高的聚乙烯醇-铜( )络合物催化得到的PMMA分子量较低、转化率较高;而聚合度不同的PVA-Cu( )催化性能无差别。 In this paper, four types of PVA-Cu(Ⅱ) complexes were obtained by the reaction of hydrated copper chloride with poly(vinyl alcohol) in ammonia solution, the content of copper in the coordination polymers is (0.055) mmol/g, (0.181) mmol/g, (0.114) mmol/g, and (0.232) mmol/g respectively. The PVA-Cu(Ⅱ) complexes were characterized by IR and TG. The systems of PVA-Cu(Ⅱ)/Na_2SO_3 can initiate the polymerization of MMA in the presence of any water. In addition, the changes in molecular weight and conversion based on PMMA catalyzed by the four systems of PVA-Cu(Ⅱ)/ Na_2SO_3 were discussed, too.
