摘要
脂质自动氧化反应是一个复杂的有机化学反应,同时给人带来潜在的危害。为了减少这种危害,造福于人类,本文以教学研究为基础运用系统观点,从各反应阶段及各物质之间的互相依存,互相促进和互相制约的关系上,进一步研究,探讨脂质自动氧化反应机理,以便进行抗氧化反应研究。
The auto-oxidizable reaction of lipid is a complex organic chemistry reaction which do latent harm to humankind. On the ground of teaching and research and under the view of system, this paper go a step further on corsidering reaction mechanism of auto — oxidation on the basis of studying the co-relying, co-enhancing, co-restricting relationship existed among the different substances and different reaction stages in the system of reaction, in order to reduce this kind of harm and bring benefit to mankind, and be engaged in research of antioxidation reaction well.
